Il rempla\u00e7ait ses commandes par de la terre, rapporte El Espa\u00f1ol et El Diario de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>James Gilbert a profit\u00e9 de l\u2019offre d\u2019Amazon qui propose \u00e0 ses clients de renvoyer gratuitement des colis dans un d\u00e9lai de 30 jours apr\u00e8s livraison. Malheureusement pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, les cartons renvoy\u00e9s ne sont pas v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s. Ils sont simplement peser pour s\u2019assurer que le contenu est bien l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Le jeune homme achetait des produits et une fois qu&rsquo;il recevait son colis, il le pesait avant d\u2019ouvrir. Ensuite, il retirait le produit et remplissait le carton de terre pour obtenir exactement le m\u00eame poids qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019origine. Puis il refermait le colis, le retournait \u00e0 Amazon et r\u00e9clamait un remboursement. Il revendait les objets vol\u00e9s, et a m\u00eame cr\u00e9\u00e9 son propre site.<\/p>\n<p>Il a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ainsi pendant des ann\u00e9es et s\u2019en est tir\u00e9 avec un butin de plus de 300\u00a0000 euros. L&rsquo;arnaque n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverte qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la suite d&rsquo;une fouille al\u00e9atoire.<\/p>\n<p>James Gilbert Kwarteng encourt une peine de six ans de prison pour fraude et organisation criminelle.<\/p>\n<p>La politique de retour d&rsquo;Amazon stipule que les articles command\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre retourn\u00e9s dans les 30 jours suivant leur r\u00e9ception.
