Deux des trois magistrats ont estim\u00e9 que la th\u00e8se du procureur reposait \u00ab\u00a0sur des bases incertaines et douteuses\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0un r\u00e9cit manich\u00e9en et simpliste d\u2019une C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire d\u00e9crite par le procureur comme une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 polaris\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb entre les militants pro Gbagbo et les partisans d\u2019Alassane Ouattara, les deux candidats en lice au second tour de l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle de novembre 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Candara',sans-serif;\">Selon Radio France Internationale, Fatou Bensouda, la procureure dispose d\u2019un mois pour faire appel ou pas, mais elle a demand\u00e9 un d\u00e9lai suppl\u00e9mentaire jusqu\u2019au 10 octobre. La chambre ne s\u2019est pas encore prononc\u00e9e sur ce point.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Candara',sans-serif;\">Laurent Gbagbo et Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9s le 1<sup>er<\/sup> f\u00e9vrier apr\u00e8s leur acquittement le 15 janvier 2019. Leur libert\u00e9 est assortie de conditions, dont celle d\u2019obtenir l\u2019autorisation expresse de la Cour s\u2019ils veulent pouvoir se d\u00e9placer en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire ou ailleurs.
