{"id":161495,"date":"2019-07-09T19:08:16","date_gmt":"2019-07-09T19:08:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=161495"},"modified":"2019-07-09T19:08:16","modified_gmt":"2019-07-09T19:08:16","slug":"les-homicides-font-plus-de-victimes-que-les-conflits-armes-etude","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/les-homicides-font-plus-de-victimes-que-les-conflits-armes-etude\/","title":{"rendered":"Les homicides font plus de victimes que les conflits arm\u00e9s (\u00e9tude)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Quelque 464 000 personnes dans le monde ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes d\u2019homicide en 2017, soit cinq fois plus que le nombre de personnes tu\u00e9es dans des conflits arm\u00e9s au cours de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 lundi des chercheurs des Nations-Unies.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Office des Nations-Unies contre la drogue et le crime (ONUDC) a indiqu\u00e9 dans une \u00e9tude que l\u2019Am\u00e9rique centrale est la r\u00e9gion la plus dangereuse \u00e0 vivre, avec un nombre d\u2019homicides-ou d\u2019homicides ill\u00e9gaux- qui a augment\u00e9 dans certains \u00ab points chauds \u00bb pour atteindre 62, 1 pour 100.000 personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les recherches mondiales sur les homicides en 2019 de l\u2019organisation, les endroits les plus s\u00fbrs se trouvent en Asie, en Europe et en Oc\u00e9anie (Australie, M\u00e9lan\u00e9sie, Micron\u00e9sie et Polyn\u00e9sie) o\u00f9 les taux d\u2019homicides sont en dessous de la moyenne mondiale de 6,1.<\/p>\n<p>13,0 le taux d\u2019homicides en Afrique \u00e9tait inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des Am\u00e9riques (17,2) qui avait le pourcentage le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en 2017 depuis le d\u00e9but de la collecte des donn\u00e9es fiables en 1990, a indiqu\u00e9 l\u2019ONUDC, tout en signalant d\u2019importantes lacunes pour certains pays africains.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019un point de vue sexosp\u00e9cifique, le rapport de l\u2019ONUDC constate \u00e9galement que si les filles et les gar\u00e7ons \u00e2g\u00e9s de 9ans et moins sont \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e9galement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s en termes de nombre de victimes, dans tous les autres groupes d\u2019\u00e2ge, les hommes repr\u00e9sentent plus de 50% du bilan, selon des donn\u00e9es provenant de 41 pays.<\/p>\n<p>Sandra Kohet<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quelque 464 000 personnes dans le monde ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes d\u2019homicide en 2017, soit cinq fois plus que le nombre de personnes tu\u00e9es dans des conflits arm\u00e9s au cours de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 lundi des chercheurs des Nations-Unies.
