Ivoiriens et Ghan\u00e9ens a l\u2019origine de 60% de la production, esp\u00e9raient garantir \u00e0 travers ce prix plancher, de meilleurs revenus aux planteurs, premiers maillons de la fili\u00e8re, mais les moins bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Seulement 2% des revenus aux planteurs<\/h4>\n<p>Les planteurs ne per\u00e7oivent que l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de 2% des revenus li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019industrie cacaoy\u00e8re. Et si le souhait des deux Etats n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 exauc\u00e9, les discussions ont permis d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 un m\u00e9canisme. Compar\u00e9 \u00e0 celui en cours, il constitue une avanc\u00e9e notable pour les producteurs. Ce m\u00e9canisme de fixation de prix prend en compte la mise sur pied d\u2019un diff\u00e9rentiel de revenu de subsistance fixe. Cet outil pr\u00e9voit le versement aux producteurs de 200.000 FCFA pour la tonne de cacao si les cours mondiaux tombent en de\u00e7\u00e0 du prix plancher de 1,3 million de FCFA la tonne.<\/p>\n<h4>Un groupe de travail mis sur pied<\/h4>\n<p>Un groupe de travail a vu le jour au terme de la r\u00e9union d\u2019Abidjan sur le cacao. Ce groupe qui est compos\u00e9 des pays producteurs, des industriels et des chocolatiers entre autres continuera les discussions en vue d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 une solution. Pour l\u2019instant, le Ghana et la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire veulent am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie et les revenus des planteurs, \u00e0 travers ce prix plancher.
