Le projet a officiellement \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 dimanche dernier \u00e0 Niamey, la capitale Nig\u00e9rienne. <\/em><\/h6>\n<p>C\u2019est un r\u00eave vieux de plus de cinq d\u00e9cennies que viennent de r\u00e9aliser les Etats membres de l\u2019Union Africaine. En effet, c\u2019est en 1963, \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019Organisation de l\u2019Unit\u00e9 Africaine (OUA), devenue Union Africaine (UA), que les Etats membres avaient nourri l\u2019id\u00e9e de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un march\u00e9 commun africain.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet int\u00e9grateur et v\u00e9ritable levier pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie de ces pays, baptis\u00e9 Zlecaf, est op\u00e9rationnel depuis ce dimanche 7 juillet. 22 \u00e9tait le nombre de pays devant ratifier l\u2019accord pour la naissance de cette Zone de libre \u00e9change continentale Africaine.<\/p>\n<p>Les Africains ont fait mieux que cela. Sur les trois (3) qui manquaient encore \u00e0 l\u2019appel, parmi lesquels la premi\u00e8re \u00e9conomie du continent, le Nigeria, deux ont paraph\u00e9 dimanche dernier, l\u2019accord. Le B\u00e9nin et le Nigeria viennent ainsi porter \u00e0 54, les signatures favorables \u00e0 l\u2019instauration de ce vaste march\u00e9 continental, port\u00e9 par l\u2019Union Africaine.<\/p>\n<h4>Avec 1,27 milliard de personnes, la ZLECAF est le plus grand march\u00e9 commun au monde<\/h4>\n<p>A ce jour, l\u2019Erythr\u00e9e est le seul pays \u00e0 se faire encore d\u00e9sirer. Lanc\u00e9e ce 7 juillet, la ZLECAF est un march\u00e9 unique de 1,27 milliards de personnes qui a pour but de soutenir et booster les \u00e9conomies africaines en favorisant le commerce et le transport intra-africain, par l\u2019harmonisation des droits des douanes, et des taxes.
