Les opio\u00efdes sont responsables des deux tiers des 585. 000 d\u00e9c\u00e8s dus \u00e0 l\u2019usage de drogue en 2017. Au niveau mondial, 11 millions de personnes se sont inject\u00e9es des drogues dont 1,4 million vivent avec le VIH et 5,6 millions avec l\u2019h\u00e9patite C.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les conclusions du rapport mondial sur les drogues de cette ann\u00e9e compl\u00e8tent et complexifient davantage le tableau mondial des probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la drogue\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Yury Fedotov, directeur ex\u00e9cutif de l\u2019ONUDC soulignant \u00ab\u00a0la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une coop\u00e9ration internationale plus large pour promouvoir des r\u00e9ponses \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es et int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019offre et \u00e0 la demande en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de justice p\u00e9nale\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Onu info, la pr\u00e9vention et le traitement sont encore insuffisants dans de nombreuses r\u00e9gions du monde.
