{"id":155734,"date":"2019-05-30T06:25:30","date_gmt":"2019-05-30T06:25:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=155734"},"modified":"2019-05-30T06:27:18","modified_gmt":"2019-05-30T06:27:18","slug":"loms-reconnait-desormais-la-dependance-aux-jeux-video-en-tant-que-trouble-mental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/loms-reconnait-desormais-la-dependance-aux-jeux-video-en-tant-que-trouble-mental\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;OMS reconna\u00eet officiellement l&rsquo;addiction aux jeux vid\u00e9o comme une maladie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ce samedi, l&rsquo;Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 (OMS) a vot\u00e9 l&rsquo;ajout du trouble du jeu vid\u00e9o dans la liste de la Classification internationale des maladies.<\/p>\n<p>La Classification internationale des maladies (CIM) de l&rsquo;OMS d\u00e9crit la d\u00e9pendance au jeu vid\u00e9o et num\u00e9rique comme un \u00ab\u00a0mod\u00e8le de comportement de jeu persistant ou r\u00e9current\u00a0\u00bb qui devient tellement \u00e9tendu qu&rsquo;il \u00ab\u00a0prime sur les autres int\u00e9r\u00eats de la vie\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le trouble du jeu vid\u00e9o est d\u00e9fini comme un comportement li\u00e9 \u00e0 la pratique des jeux vid\u00e9o ou des jeux num\u00e9riques, qui se caract\u00e9rise par :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une perte de contr\u00f4le sur le jeu,<\/li>\n<li>Une priorit\u00e9 accrue accord\u00e9e au jeu, au point que celui-ci prenne le pas sur d\u2019autres centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat et activit\u00e9s quotidiennes,<\/li>\n<li>Par la poursuite ou la pratique croissante du jeu en d\u00e9pit de r\u00e9percussions dommageables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Shekhar Saxena, expert de l&rsquo;OMS en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 mentale et de toxicomanie, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que certains des pires cas observ\u00e9s au cours de la recherche mondiale concernaient des joueurs jouant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 20 heures par jour, renon\u00e7ant au sommeil, aux repas, au travail ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole et \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres activit\u00e9s quotidiennes.<\/p>\n<p>Il a soulign\u00e9 que seule une petite minorit\u00e9 de personnes jouant au num\u00e9rique et aux jeux vid\u00e9o d\u00e9velopperaient un probl\u00e8me, mais a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la reconnaissance des signes avant-coureurs pourrait aider \u00e0 le pr\u00e9venir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIl s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un comportement occasionnel ou transitoire\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9, ajoutant que ce n&rsquo;est que si ce comportement persiste pendant environ un an que le diagnostic potentiel d&rsquo;un trouble peut \u00eatre pos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision d&rsquo;inclure la d\u00e9pendance au jeu, la Video Games Coalition, un groupe de pression du secteur, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que ses produits \u00e9taient \u00ab\u00a0appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re s\u00fbre et judicieuse par plus de 2 milliards de personnes dans le monde\u00a0\u00bb, dans tous les genres, appareils et plates-formes.<\/p>\n<p>Il a ajout\u00e9 que la \u00ab\u00a0valeur \u00e9ducative, th\u00e9rapeutique et r\u00e9cr\u00e9ative\u00a0\u00bb des jeux \u00e9tait bien fond\u00e9e et largement reconnue, et elle incitait l&rsquo;OMS \u00e0 reconsid\u00e9rer sa d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce samedi, l&rsquo;Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 (OMS) a vot\u00e9 l&rsquo;ajout du trouble du jeu vid\u00e9o dans la liste de la Classification internationale des maladies.
