Samuel le fr\u00e8re de Nipsey et sa s\u0153ur Samantha Smith, avaient annonc\u00e9 leur intention de garder la fille en pr\u00e9textant que Tanisha Foster la m\u00e8re de la petite, n\u2019\u00e9tait pas en mesure de s\u2019occuper convenablement d&rsquo;elle.<\/p>\n<p>En plus, la relation \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s forte entre Samantha et Emani. Priv\u00e9e de sa fille depuis plusieurs mois, Foster accusait la s\u0153ur de Nipsey d\u2019avoir enlev\u00e9 sa fille Emani.<\/p>\n<p><img  title=\"\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raprnb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Tanisha-Asghedom-Emani-Nipsey-Hussle.jpg\"  alt=\"Garde de la fille de Nipsey : La d\u00e9cision de la justice rendue publique\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>La justice a tranch\u00e9 en faveur de la s\u0153ur de Nipsey. Une d\u00e9cision forte et sans doute tr\u00e8s douloureuse pour Tanisha Foster qui a fondu en larmes au moment de l\u2019annonce de la d\u00e9cision. Elle a \u00e9galement craqu\u00e9 devant la cam\u00e9ra de <em>TMZ<\/em>, pr\u00e9sent devant le tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois Tanisha Foster aura droit de visiter sa fille.<\/p>\n<p>Si cette d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 sans doute difficile \u00e0 prendre, elle s\u2019explique en partie par le casier judiciaire de Tanisha Foster. Plusieurs fois arr\u00eat\u00e9e,Tanisha Foster est maintenant sous le coup d\u2019un mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat lanc\u00e9 par un tribunal de Los Angeles dans le cadre de sa derni\u00e8re condamnation.
