D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s <em>France Bleu Limousin<\/em>, le juge aux affaires familiales a r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;interdire aux parents d&rsquo;un enfant de le pr\u00e9nommer \u00ab\u00a0Griezmann Mbapp\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Ce b\u00e9b\u00e9 dont les parents r\u00eavaient d&rsquo;honorer deux grands champions fran\u00e7ais ne pourra plus porter ce pr\u00e9nom.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;\u00e9tait sans compter l&rsquo;intervention de l&rsquo;officier d&rsquo;\u00c9tat de la mairie qui avait saisi le procureur de la R\u00e9publique. Il y a quelques jours, un juge des affaires familiales a rendu sa d\u00e9cision. Comme l&rsquo;indique\u00a0France Bleu Limousin, celui-ci a estim\u00e9 que ces pr\u00e9noms \u00e9taient de \u00ab\u00a0nature \u00e0 porter pr\u00e9judice \u00e0 l&rsquo;enfant\u00a0\u00bb et a refus\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il soit appel\u00e9 ainsi.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut dire que cette affaire avait fait un \u00e9norme toll\u00e9 en novembre dernier lorsque le procureur de la R\u00e9publique avait saisi le magistrat faisant savoir\u00a0 que le pr\u00e9nom \u00ab\u00a0Griezmann Mbapp\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb ne pouvait \u00eatre donn\u00e9 \u00e0 un enfant.<\/p>\n<p>Le juge donne ainsi raison au procureur et pense que la suppression des pr\u00e9noms Griezmann et Mbapp\u00e9 sur les registres de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat civil est tout \u00e0 fait normal. Finalement, en accord avec les parents, l&rsquo;enfant a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9nomm\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Dany No\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.
