Mais elle doit faire face \u00e0 certains d\u00e9fis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;attention se porte toujours sur vous en tant que femme. Ils veulent voir si tu sais vraiment ce que tu fais, pourquoi tu es l\u00e0, si quelqu&rsquo;un t&rsquo;a facilit\u00e9 la t\u00e2che, mais j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb prouver mes comp\u00e9tences et mon professionnalisme\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Dans le ciel, il y a deux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s : pr\u00e8s de 80 % des assistants de bord sont des femmes, mais seulement 5 % des pilotes sont des femmes et la proportion de femmes occupant des postes techniques ou de direction dans l&rsquo;aviation est encore plus faible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Admira Ant\u00f3nio a rejoint en 2012, le groupe Cadet de MEX \u2013 Mozambique Expresso, o\u00f9 elle a d\u00e9croch\u00e9 sa licence de pilote priv\u00e9.
