Kelly \u00e9tait \u00ab <em>coupable en enfer comme un diable<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Alors qu&rsquo;il avait d\u00e9fendu R. Kelly il y a environ 10 ans dans une affaire concernant une vid\u00e9o \u00e0 caract\u00e8re pornographique dans laquelle on voyait le chanteur avec des enfants de 11 ans, l&rsquo;avocat qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 pass\u00e9 la moiti\u00e9 du si\u00e8cle dans cette profession se retourne contre son ancien client.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <em>Je suis avocat depuis 54 ans\u00bb, <\/em>a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Genson au Chicago Sun Times.\u00a0<em>\u00abQuatre vingt dix neuf pour cent des affaires p\u00e9nales.\u00a0J&rsquo;ai repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des artistes, des personnes li\u00e9es au crime organis\u00e9, des criminels professionnels.\u00a0J&rsquo;ai repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des coupables, je repr\u00e9sente des innocents.\u00a0Je peux dire ce que je veux, mais nous devons le faire vite.\u00a0Ce serait bien de le r\u00e9duire afin que quelqu&rsquo;un le sache \u00e0 part moi.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;\u00e9poque o\u00f9 il le d\u00e9fendait, R Kelly avait \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9 pour 14 chefs d&rsquo;accusation relatives \u00e0 la pornographie juv\u00e9nile. Il \u00e9tait accus\u00e9 d&rsquo;avoir film\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame ses relations sexuelles avec une fillette de 14 ans. Ed Genson avait m\u00eame r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que R.Kelly avait besoin des m\u00e9dicaments anti-libido pour endiguer ses pulsions sexuelles.\u00a0Le chanteur a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9 non coupable dans cette affaire.<\/p>\n<p>Mais la question qu&rsquo;on se pose c&rsquo;est de savoir pourquoi c&rsquo;est maintenant\u00a0 que Ed Genson partage ces actes indignes et condamnables par la loi? D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s\u00a0le\u00a0<em>Chicago Times<\/em>\u00a0, Genson est atteint d&rsquo;un cancer de la bile en phase terminale depuis un an et demi et il ne lui reste que quelques mois de vie.\u00a0Il semble qu&rsquo;il veuille lib\u00e9rer sa conscience du poids de ces actes immoraux pos\u00e9s par son client.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;avocat n&rsquo;a pas pu confirmer si R.Kelly avait pos\u00e9 d&rsquo;autres actes \u00ab\u00a0inappropri\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;une mesure qu&rsquo;il avait prise apr\u00e8s le proc\u00e8s de Kelly en 2008.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cr\u00e9dit photo: International News Blog<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ed Genson c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;ancien avocat du chanteur R.
