Zoom sur ce faramineux projet et ce qu\u2019il pourrait vouloir dire pour le d\u00e9veloppement financier du pays.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Le chanteur Akon souhaite aider le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal<\/h2>\n<p>Le chanteur Akon, connu pour avoir chant\u00e9 Smack That et Lonely, \u0153uvre depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es pour promouvoir l\u2019Afrique et le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal en particulier. En 2014, l\u2019artiste avait lanc\u00e9 Akon Lightning Africa, qui permet de fournir de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 solaire dans les zones les plus recul\u00e9es d\u2019Afrique. Fort de ce projet \u00e0 succ\u00e8s, Akon souhaite maintenant apporter des solutions financi\u00e8res sur le continent, notamment par l\u2019utilisation des crypto-monnaies. Le Bitcoin, l\u2019Ethereum, le Dash\u00a0: tous ont compris l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de proposer des solutions financi\u00e8res dans les r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 les banques ne sont pas pr\u00e9sentes. C\u2019est donc aussi le projet d\u2019Akon et de ses \u00ab\u00a0Akoins\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le chanteur, \u00ab\u00a0La blockchain et la crypto peuvent \u00eatre des sauveurs pour l\u2019Afrique. Pour \u00e9pauler le d\u00e9veloppement des cryptodevises au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, Akon souhaite aussi construire une ville futuriste, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une zone de d\u00e9veloppement gracieusement c\u00e9d\u00e9e par le gouvernement. 800 hectares seraient d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 ce projet, avec une utilisation exclusive de l\u2019Akoin au sein de la ville. Le but\u00a0? Cr\u00e9er une cit\u00e9 intelligente qui rassemble les derni\u00e8res technologies de la blockchain en un seul lieu. Akon souhaite ainsi cr\u00e9er un \u00ab\u00a0vrai Wakanda\u00a0\u00bb, une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au pays fictif ultramoderne et prosp\u00e8re dans lequel vivent les h\u00e9ros du film Black Panther.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le projet de l\u2019Akoin se d\u00e9veloppera donc en plusieurs volets\u00a0: tout d\u2019abord une cryptodevise avec une application d\u2019achat pour mobile. Ensuite, une ville futuriste qui \u00e9paulera cette technologie des micro-\u00e9changes pour apporter une vraie stabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion. La date de l\u2019ICO (Initial Coin Offering, une lev\u00e9e de fond pour la monnaie virtuelle) n\u2019est pas encore connue, mais elle devrait \u00eatre d\u00e9voil\u00e9e dans les mois \u00e0 venir.
