Apr\u00e8s une longue p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;incarc\u00e9ration \u00e0 la Haye suite aux accusations de crime contre l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 et des multiples violences post \u00e9lectorales en 2011,\u00a0 les deux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquitt\u00e9s. Une annonce qui fut accueillie avec joie dans leur pays natal, o\u00f9 ils ont de nombreux soutiens et sympathisants.<\/p>\n<p>Au sein de la CPI, leur acquittement n&rsquo;a pas fait l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9.\u00a0Certains juges estimaient que leur lib\u00e9ration \u00e9tait pr\u00e9coce et qu\u2019il y avait toujours des zones d\u2019ombres dans leur dossier. C&rsquo;est quelques jours apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;annonce de l&rsquo;acquittement que la lib\u00e9ration des deux personnalit\u00e9s politiques a \u00e9t\u00e9 effective.<\/p>\n<p>En Belgique o\u00f9 Laurent Gbagbo vit actuellement, ses faits et gestes sont minutieusement surveill\u00e9s et scrut\u00e9s. Non seulement il ne peut pas rentrer en C\u00f4te d&rsquo;ivoire, mais la CPI vient aussi de formuler une nouvelle requ\u00eate qui pourrait encore restreindre les conditions de mobilit\u00e9 de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident ivoirien.<\/p>\n<p>La CPI a formul\u00e9 une nouvelle requ\u00eate qui va encore restreindre les conditions de mobilit\u00e9 de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident ivoirien. Laurent Gbagbo ne pourra pas voyager au-del\u00e0 des limites de la r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 il r\u00e9side, sans l\u2019autorisation pr\u00e9alable de la CPI.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Cependant, le Greffe de la Cour a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une note verbale du Royaume de Belgique, exprimant ses craintes quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;application de cette condition mentionn\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de la Chambre d&rsquo;appel, eu \u00e9gard \u00e0 la configuration municipale particuli\u00e8re du lieu de r\u00e9sidence de l&rsquo;ancien pr\u00e9sident ivoirien.<\/p>\n<p>La condition de r\u00e9sidence a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e par le juge nig\u00e9rian, ainsi qu&rsquo;il l&rsquo;indique : \u00ab \u00c0 la lumi\u00e8re de ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, la condition \u00e9nonc\u00e9e au paragraphe 60 de l&rsquo;arr\u00eat est donc modifi\u00e9e comme suit en ce qui concerne M.
