Son influence aupr\u00e8s de son \u00e9poux est de plus en plus grande et son empreinte sur les affaires publiques marqu\u00e9e<\/em> \u00bb pouvait-on lire dans\u00a0 l\u2019hebdomadaire panafricain.<\/p>\n<p><img  title=\"\"  alt=\"Cameroun: Jeune Afrique explique comment Chantal Biya influence le pouvoir\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jeuneafrique.com\/medias\/2018\/03\/18\/c-biya-592x296.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jeune Afrique ajoute une nouvelle couche trois ans apr\u00e8s : \u00ab <em>Chantal Biya est devenue une vraie femme politique qui s\u2019est impos\u00e9e dans l\u2019univers impitoyable de la pr\u00e9sidence. Elle a appris les codes de la politique, elle a su se faire une place, elle est devenue un v\u00e9ritable p\u00f4le de pouvoir dont l\u2019influence est incontestablement croissant. Il y a deux postes importants \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique. Il y a le Directeur du cabinet civil et il y a le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique. Ces deux postes, elle les contr\u00f4le. Le DCC actuel, Samuel Mvongo Ayolo, est un proche de la premi\u00e8re dame. L\u2019autre poste, Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la pr\u00e9sidence, pratiquement celui de vice-pr\u00e9sident au Cameroun, est occup\u00e9 par Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh. La CAN 2019, \u00e7a \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9chec incontestablement, mais Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh, tout comme le ministre des sports, Bidoung Kpwatt, qui est \u00e9galement un proche de la premi\u00e8re dame, s\u2019en sont tr\u00e8s bien sortis au dernier remaniement minist\u00e9riel. Ils n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 sanctionn\u00e9s. Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 au rang de ministre d\u2019Etat<\/em> \u00bb, explique Fran\u00e7ois Soudan, Directeur de la R\u00e9daction de Jeune Afrique.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut dire que l\u2019influence de la premi\u00e8re dame du Cameroun Chantal Biya, ne manque pas d\u2019alimenter une lutte des clans au palais de l\u2019Unit\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Au sein de la pr\u00e9sidence, il y a des clans. Les proches de Madame Biya qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9s, viennent essentiellement de la r\u00e9gion d\u2019origine de sa m\u00e8re qui est l\u2019Est du Cameroun. Il y a aussi un clan Bulu qui est proche de Paul Biya, c\u2019est la R\u00e9gion du chef de l\u2019Etat.
