Une ville italienne offre aux nouveaux r\u00e9sidents 9 000 euros pour am\u00e9nager et avoir un b\u00e9b\u00e9. Locana, une ville du nord-ouest de l’Italie, conna\u00eet une population en d\u00e9croissance et le maire offre des r\u00e9compenses en esp\u00e8ces afin d’attirer davantage de familles dans cette communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le maire de Locana prend donc les grands moyens et sugg\u00e8re de d\u00e9dommager les familles qui emm\u00e9nageront dans sa municipalit\u00e9. La subvention de plus de 13 000$ CAD (\u20ac9000) est r\u00e9partie sur trois ans. Les familles doivent compter au moins un enfant et gagner, au minimum, 9000$ annuellement.<\/p>\n

\"Italie<\/p>\n

Giovanni Bruno Mattiet, maire de Locana, a fait cette offre dans l\u2019espoir de sauver la communaut\u00e9 en voie de disparition.<\/p>\n

Au d\u00e9but, Mattiet avait fait appel aux Italiens ou aux \u00e9trangers d\u00e9j\u00e0 install\u00e9s en Italie pour s\u2019installer \u00e0 Locana, mais la r\u00e9ponse n\u2019\u00e9tait pas encourageante. Il \u00e9tend \u00e9galement son offre aux non-Italiens r\u00e9sidant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n

En entrevue \u00e0 CNN, le maire Giovanni Bruno Mattiet a expliqu\u00e9 \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 la recherche de jeunes professionnels qui ont envie de g\u00e9rer une entreprise. Des douzaines de magasins, bars et restaurants sont ferm\u00e9s et n’attendent que de nouveaux propri\u00e9taires.<\/p>\n

La ville puise ses revenus de la vente d’hydro-\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 qu’elle vend \u00e0 l’Italie. En plus des coffres municipaux bien garnis, Locana est situ\u00e9e au coeur du parc national Gran paradiso, un terrain de jeu paradisiaque pour les amateurs de plein air.<\/p>\n

\"Italie<\/p>\n

L’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, il y a eu 40 d\u00e9c\u00e8s dans la ville mais seulement 10 b\u00e9b\u00e9s sont n\u00e9s, avec un ratio similaire les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p>\n

La population de Locana a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duite \u00e0 moins de 1 500 personnes sur les 7 000 habitants qui vivaient \u00e0 Locana au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1900.<\/p>\n

M. Mattiet, maire de Locana, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 CNN:<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Les gens sont partis \u00e0 la recherche d’un emploi dans les grandes usines de Turin. Notre \u00e9cole risque chaque ann\u00e9e de fermer en raison du nombre r\u00e9duit d’\u00e9l\u00e8ves. Je ne peux pas permettre que cela se produise.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Locana propose un style de vie sain, une excellente cuisine et des foires folkloriques toute l’ann\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Une autre ville du Pi\u00e9mont qui tente \u00e9galement de recruter de nouveaux r\u00e9sidents propose de donner 1 149 dollars (1 000 euros) \u00e0 quiconque a un b\u00e9b\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion, et 2 288 dollars suppl\u00e9mentaires (2 000 euros) \u00e0 ceux qui souhaitent cr\u00e9er et enregistrer une entreprise.<\/p>\n

Borgomezzavalle, \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re italo-suisse, propose \u00e9galement des cottages, des granges et des \u00e9curies abandonn\u00e9es pour seulement 1 \u20ac, et les b\u00e2timents en ruine doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9nov\u00e9s d\u2019ici deux ans, rapporte le Daily Mail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
