L’acquittement a \u00e9t\u00e9 prononc\u00e9 par les juges de la chambre de premi\u00e8re instance de la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale pour Laurent Gbagbo et Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9. Ils \u00e9taient accus\u00e9s de crimes de guerre et crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9. Mais cette d\u00e9cision historique est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e diversement au sein m\u00eame de la population ivoirienne.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u2019acquittement prononc\u00e9 mardi 15 janvier pour Laurent Gbagbo et Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9, par les juges de la cour p\u00e9nale internationale reste le sujet majeur des discussions sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et dans plusieurs m\u00e9dias du monde. Les avis sont fortement oppos\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de voir l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident ivoirien et l\u2019ex leader des jeunes patriotes fouler le sol de leur pays. Certains y voient une menace s\u00e9rieuse sur la paix et la coh\u00e9sion dans le pays. Pour ces personnes, Laurent Gbagbo et Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 s\u2019inscriront dans une posture de vengeance apr\u00e8s les souffrances qu\u2019ils ont v\u00e9cues ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. S\u2019ils ne s\u2019inscrivent pas eux m\u00eame dans cette posture, leurs simples pr\u00e9sences pourraient constituer un bouclier pour leurs partisans notamment, qui d\u00e8s lors, chercheront \u00e0 se faire justice, ce que certains qualifient de \u00ab\u00a0match retour\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Une autre frange de la population estime au contraire, que la pr\u00e9sence des deux hommes parmi les siens aidera \u00e0 la r\u00e9conciliation entre fils et filles de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. La guerre se faisant \u00e0 deux, il n\u2019y a pas de raison de punir une partie au profit de l\u2019autre. Les d\u00e9fenseurs de cette th\u00e8se pensent que les c\u0153urs meurtris par les souffrances subies par Gbagbo et Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 trouveront r\u00e9confort une fois les principaux concern\u00e9s seront libres de tous leurs mouvements. \u00ab\u00a0Laurent Gbagbo s\u2019inscrira dans une posture de r\u00e9conciliation s\u2019il rentre en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire\u00a0\u00bb avait insist\u00e9, Assoa Adou, cadre du FPI, mercredi dernier, au micro de RFI.<\/p>\n
