La raison!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des m\u00e9decins ont transfus\u00e9 cinq litres de bi\u00e8re \u00e0 un patient pour l&#8217;emp\u00eacher de mourir d&rsquo;un empoisonnement \u00e0 l&rsquo;alcool, rapporte Daily Mail.<\/p>\n<p>Le traitement s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la province centrale vietnamienne de Quang Tri, o\u00f9 des m\u00e9decins ont administr\u00e9 15 canettes de bi\u00e8re \u00e0 Nguyen Van Nhat, 48 ans, afin de le sauver la vie.<\/p>\n<p>Le Dr Le Van Lam, chef de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de soins intensifs de l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 aux m\u00e9dias locaux que la concentration de m\u00e9thanol dans le sang de Nhat \u00e9tait 1\u00a0119 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que la limite appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"i-1d9a45c414a2664a\" class=\"blkBorder img-share b-loaded aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2019\/01\/16\/16\/8608918-0-image-a-16_1547656178184.jpg\"  alt=\"Vietnam\u00a0: Des m\u00e9decins transfusent 5 litres de bi\u00e8re \u00e0 un patient. La raison!\"  width=\"634\" height=\"501\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pour lui sauver la vie, les m\u00e9decins ont d\u00fb imm\u00e9diatement transfuser trois canettes (un litre) de bi\u00e8re pour ralentir le traitement du m\u00e9thanol dans son foie.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Dr Lam, une canette de bi\u00e8re \u00e9tait administr\u00e9 \u00e0 Nhat toutes les heures et apr\u00e8s 15 canettes, le patient \u00e9tait compl\u00e8tement conscient.<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00e9decin a expliqu\u00e9 que l&rsquo;estomac et les intestins d&rsquo;une personne continuent de lib\u00e9rer de l&rsquo;alcool dans le sang m\u00eame si elle est inconsciente ou si elle a cess\u00e9 de boire, et pendant un certain temps, le taux d&rsquo;alcool dans le corps continue \u00e0 augmenter.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les explications du Dr Lam, l&rsquo;alcool se divise en deux variantes, le m\u00e9thanol et l&rsquo;\u00e9thanol, et le foie humain d\u00e9compose l&rsquo;\u00e9thanol en premier.<\/p>\n<p>Le patient est devenu inconscient lorsque le m\u00e9thanol dans son syst\u00e8me s&rsquo;est oxyd\u00e9 en formald\u00e9hyde, produisant de l&rsquo;acide formique.<\/p>\n<p>Pour emp\u00eacher l&rsquo;oxydation du formald\u00e9hyde en acide formique, la bi\u00e8re consomm\u00e9e par le patient empoisonn\u00e9 au m\u00e9thanol a donn\u00e9 suffisamment de temps aux m\u00e9decins pour effectuer la dialyse.<\/p>\n<p>Credit photo\u00a0: metro<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des m\u00e9decins ont transfus\u00e9 cinq litres de bi\u00e8re \u00e0 un patient pour l&#8217;emp\u00eacher de mourir d&rsquo;un empoisonnement \u00e0 l&rsquo;alcool, rapporte Daily Mail.
