Les juges de la CPI viennent de se prononcer en faveur de la lib\u00e9ration de Laurent Gbagbo et de Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9unis en audience ce jour m\u00eame, les juges de la chambre 1 de la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale ont prononc\u00e9 l&rsquo;acquittement pour l&rsquo;ex pr\u00e9sident ivoirien et de Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9, son ancien ministre de la jeunesse, Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La Chambre fait droit aux demandes d\u2019acquittement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par Laurent Gbagbo et de Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9<\/em> [ex-chef du mouvement des Jeunes patriotes, fid\u00e8les \u00e0 M. Gbagbo] <em>concernant l\u2019ensemble des charges\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> retenues contre eux et <em>\u00ab\u00a0ordonne la mise en libert\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate des deux accus\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le juge pr\u00e9sident, Cuno Tarfusser.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Pour nous, au PDCI, c\u2019est une bonne nouvelle. Nous l\u2019avions souhait\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, a r\u00e9agit Jean-Louis Billon, secr\u00e9taire ex\u00e9cutif charg\u00e9 de la communication au sein du parti d\u2019Henri Konan B\u00e9di\u00e9, interrog\u00e9 par <em>Jeune Afrique<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant une nouvelle audience aura lieu demain mercredi 16 janvier, sur demande de la procureure, dans l&rsquo;attente d&rsquo;un nouvel appel.<\/p>\n<p>Le bureau du Procureur pourra alors d\u00e9livrer ses observations apr\u00e8s ce verdict historique et notamment annoncer sa d\u00e9cision de faire appel, auquel cas l\u2019appel pourra ou non \u00eatre suspensif. \u00c0 ce stade, difficile donc de savoir quand Laurent Gbagbo et Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 pourraient \u00eatre remis en libert\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"URGENT - D\u00e9cision historique !
