Un jeune Chinois, Xiao Wang, serait handicap\u00e9 \u00e0 vie apr\u00e8s avoir vendu l’un de ses reins pour s’acheter un iPhone 4.<\/p>\n

Wang a \u00e9t\u00e9 op\u00e9r\u00e9 pour retirer le rein \u00e0 l’\u00e2ge de 17 ans sans que ses parents ne le sachent et maintenant qu\u2019il a 24 ans, la d\u00e9cision l\u2019affecte.<\/p>\n

Selon un rapport sur odditycentral.com, le m\u00e9decin lui aurait assur\u00e9 qu\u2019il pourrait mener une vie normale avec un seul rein, mais pr\u00e8s de huit ans plus tard, Wang est handicap\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re permanente et d\u00e9pend de la dialyse.<\/p>\n

Selon le rapport, l’iPhone 4 \u00e9tait le smartphone phare d’Apple et un moyen sur d’\u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9cole de Xiao Wang \u00e0 Chengzhou en Chine en 2011. Mais parce qu’il venait d’une famille pauvre et que ses parents ne pouvaient pas lui en acheter le gadget \u00e0 la mode, le gar\u00e7on d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de vendre un de ses organes en bonne sant\u00e9 afin de mettre la main sur de l’argent pour acheter l’iPhone.<\/p>\n

\"Chine:<\/a><\/p>\n

Avec l’aide d’un interm\u00e9diaire, Wang aurait contact\u00e9 des personnages louches qui se seraient sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans le commerce d’organes sur le march\u00e9 noir et auraient accept\u00e9 de vendre l’un de ses reins \u00e0 22 000 yuans (3 200 dollars), plus que suffisant pour acheter l’iPhone 4 qu’il d\u00e9sirait tant.<\/p>\n

Le jeune homme de 17 ans a estim\u00e9 qu’il ne lui fallait qu’un seul de ses reins pour survivre et le m\u00e9decin douteux qu’il a rencontr\u00e9 avant l’op\u00e9ration a confirm\u00e9 qu’il serait capable de mener une vie normale avec un seul de ses organes.<\/p>\n

La proc\u00e9dure aurait eu lieu dans un h\u00f4pital ill\u00e9gal \u00e0 Chenzou et, m\u00eame si elle \u00e9tait consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un succ\u00e8s \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque, des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 sont apparus peu de temps apr\u00e8s. \u00ab\u00a0Malheureusement, l’environnement d’exploitation n’\u00e9tait pas correctement assaini, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 une infection de la plaie\u00a0\u00bb, indique le rapport.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Pire encore, la famille de Wang a \u00e9t\u00e9 tenue secr\u00e8te au sujet de son op\u00e9ration d’enl\u00e8vement de rein et n’a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverte que lorsque l’adolescent ne pouvait plus cacher ses probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli que, parce qu’il n’osait pas dire \u00e0 ses parents ce qu’il avait fait (et pourquoi), l’infection s’\u00e9tait propag\u00e9e au rein restant et, au moment o\u00f9 sa famille l’avait emmen\u00e9 dans un v\u00e9ritable h\u00f4pital pour y \u00eatre soign\u00e9, les dommages subis par son rein \u00e9tait si grave que le seul moyen possible d’assurer sa survie \u00e9tait une dialyse permanente.<\/p>\n

\nDepuis lors, Xiao Wang passe la majeure partie de sa vie au lit, d\u00e9pendant de l\u2019appareil de dialyse qui le maintient en vie, tout en r\u00e9duisant consid\u00e9rablement sa dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir appris que Wang avait vendu son rein au march\u00e9 noir pour acheter un iPhone 4, ses parents ont retrouv\u00e9 et poursuivi l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire et le m\u00e9decin qui a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019op\u00e9ration. Ils ont finalement re\u00e7u une importante indemnit\u00e9 de 2,2 millions de yuans (320 000 dollars), dont la majeure partie a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pens\u00e9e pour les co\u00fbteux traitements et m\u00e9dicaments du jeune gar\u00e7on de 24 ans.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
