Le parlement int\u00e9rimaire tha\u00eflandais a vot\u00e9 en faveur de l\u2019utilisation du cannabis \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales, alors que l\u2019utilisation r\u00e9cr\u00e9ative de la drogue reste ill\u00e9gale.<\/p>\n

Le l\u00e9gislateur Somchai Sawangkarn a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l’adoption d’un amendement visant \u00e0 autoriser la marijuana \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales dans le pays \u00ab\u00a0pourrait \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un cadeau du Nouvel An aux Tha\u00eflandais\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0L’amendement (sur le projet de loi sur les stup\u00e9fiants) a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 mercredi dernier. Il entrera en vigueur d\u00e8s sa publication au Journal officiel\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Les 166 membres de l’Assembl\u00e9e nationale ont vot\u00e9 en faveur du changement et aucun vote ne s’est oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 la motion. 13 membres se sont abstenus lors du vote.<\/p>\n

Cela fait de la Tha\u00eflande le premier pays d\u2019Asie du Sud-Est \u00e0 autoriser l\u2019utilisation de la marijuana \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales. La r\u00e9gion est connue pour son approche radicalement ax\u00e9e sur la drogue et ses sanctions s\u00e9v\u00e8res pour les crimes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la drogue. Le gouvernement britannique a approuv\u00e9 la marijuana \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales plus t\u00f4t cette ann\u00e9e, et le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 national l\u2019a rendue disponible le 1er novembre pour les patients munis d\u2019une ordonnance. Les m\u00e9dicaments d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du cannabis sont devenus l\u00e9gaux en Allemagne l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. La marijuana \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales est \u00e9galement l\u00e9gale en Australie et en Irlande.<\/p>\n

Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, la marijuana \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales est l\u00e9gale dans 30 \u00c9tats, bien que les lois r\u00e9gissant ce qui est autoris\u00e9 varient d’un \u00c9tat \u00e0 l’autre, selon la Conf\u00e9rence nationale des l\u00e9gislatures des \u00c9tats.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
