{"id":132030,"date":"2018-11-12T12:46:37","date_gmt":"2018-11-12T12:46:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=132030"},"modified":"2018-11-12T12:46:37","modified_gmt":"2018-11-12T12:46:37","slug":"cpi-reprise-du-proces-de-gbagbo-et-ble-goude-ce-lundi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/cpi-reprise-du-proces-de-gbagbo-et-ble-goude-ce-lundi\/","title":{"rendered":"CPI: Reprise du proc\u00e8s de Gbagbo et Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 ce lundi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le proc\u00e8s de Laurent Gbagbo et de Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 \u00e0 la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale (CPI) relatif \u00e0 la demande d\u2019acquittement d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par les avocats de la d\u00e9fense aupr\u00e8s des juges de ladite Cour, a repris ce lundi 12 novembre, \u00e0 la Haye au Pays Bas.<\/p>\n<p>Suspendu \u00e0 la demande de la d\u00e9fense le 1<sup>er<\/sup> octobre dernier pour examiner les documents pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par le bureau du procureur et de l\u2019accusation, lors d\u2019une pr\u00e9sentation, le proc\u00e8s le plus m\u00e9diatis\u00e9 au monde conna\u00eetra peut-\u00eatre une autre tournure.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce proc\u00e8s qui d\u00e9marre aujourd\u2019hui, la d\u00e9fense devra plaider l\u2019acquittement de ses clients et apporter des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 l\u2019argumentaire du procureur.<\/p>\n<p>Une lib\u00e9ration tant attendue par\u00a0 plusieurs Ivoiriens.
