Il est possible de commander un moto-taxi depuis l\u2019application sur son smartphone en choisissant l\u2019emplacement de d\u00e9part sur le plan de Lom\u00e9 ainsi que la destination. Le prix estimatif de la course est annonc\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avance et le paiement pourra \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 en esp\u00e8ces, flooz, T-money ou carte de cr\u00e9dit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201d Nous sommes fiers de d\u00e9marrer nos op\u00e9rations au Togo et d\u2019offrir un service aux utilisateurs qui renforcera la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la qualit\u00e9 et fixera un prix au kilom\u00e8tre de la course pour l\u2019utilisateur et le chauffeur \u201d d\u00e9clare Emeka Ajene le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de GoZem. GoZem s\u2019assurera que toutes les pr\u00e9cautions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place gr\u00e2ce une formation personnalis\u00e9e de tous les chauffeurs dans le centre de formation du si\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n<p>Farouk Tchabana le responsable des op\u00e9rations pour les chauffeurs d\u00e9clare : \u201d Nous mettons un accent important sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des passagers et des chauffeurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des casques certifi\u00e9s DOT et une formation d\u00e9taill\u00e9e sur les r\u00e8gles de conduite \u201d<br \/>\nGoZem a mis en place un syst\u00e8me de parrainage dans l\u2019application qui permet de gagner 500 FCFA \u00e0 chaque inscription de nouvel utilisateur.
