Il faut dire que le volet diplomatique est quasi inexistant depuis que Macky Sall tient les r\u00e8gnes du pouvoir.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est le constat qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait par Jean-Christophe Rufin, ancien ambassadeur de la France \u00e0 Dakar. Il a soulign\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le fait que le r\u00e9gime de Macky Sall est tr\u00e8s immobile et ne prend pas assez d\u2019initiative.<\/p>\n<p>La seule question qui est au Centre de la vie politique S\u00e9n\u00e9galaise c\u2019est l\u2019arrestation de Karim Wade. Pourtant il y a d\u2019autres questions tout aussi importantes.<\/p>\n<p>On peut l\u2019observer la timidit\u00e9 du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal sur l\u2019intervention au Mali. On se souvient que le pr\u00e9sident Macky Sall avait encourag\u00e9 l\u2019intervention au Mali avec qui le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal partage une longue fronti\u00e8re. Mais par la suite, le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal est rest\u00e9 indiff\u00e9rent \u00e0 la situation Malienne.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est au regard de tout ceci que Jean-Christophe Rufin a d\u00e9clar\u00e9\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Le regime en place est par ailleurs tr\u00e8s immobile, il prend peu d\u2019initiatives et se montre d\u00e9fensif sur de nombreuses questions.
