{"id":128415,"date":"2018-10-11T08:20:30","date_gmt":"2018-10-11T08:20:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=128415"},"modified":"2018-10-11T08:20:30","modified_gmt":"2018-10-11T08:20:30","slug":"cameroun-plainte-contre-maurice-kamto-au-tribunal-militaire-de-yaounde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/cameroun-plainte-contre-maurice-kamto-au-tribunal-militaire-de-yaounde\/","title":{"rendered":"Cameroun: Plainte contre Maurice Kamto au tribunal militaire de Yaound\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ce Mardi 09 Octobre 2018, une plainte a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e au tribunal Militaire de Yaound\u00e9 par une organisation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e l\u2019Observatoire du d\u00e9veloppement soci\u00e9tal,\u00a0 contre Maurice Kamto, le pr\u00e9sident du mouvement pour la renaissance du Cameroun, qui s&rsquo;est autopoclam\u00e9 vainqueur de l&rsquo;\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle de dimanche dernier.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;organisation repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par son pr\u00e9sident, Koulou Engoulou, estime que Maurice Kamto le candidat du MRC \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle au Cameroun et son directeur de campagne Paul Eric Kingue se sont rendus coupables de \u00ab\u00a0s\u00e9dition d\u2019appel au soul\u00e8vement populaire\u00a0\u00bb, lit-on dans la plainte dont une copie a \u00e9t\u00e9 post\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment sur facebook.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Observatoire fait savoir par ailleurs que deux jours avant le vote, le directeur de campagne du candidat du MRC avait revendiqu\u00e9 la victoire de son candidat et \u00ab\u00a0<em>appeler \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre cette victoire y compris par la force le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ladite plainte souligne par ailleurs que l\u2019organisation Maurice Kamto s\u2019est autoproclam\u00e9 lundi, vainqueur de la pr\u00e9sidentielle \u00ab<em>\u00a0au m\u00e9pris des dispositions des articles 132, 133 et 137 du Code \u00e9lectoral en vigueur et sans aucun \u00e9l\u00e9ment chiffr\u00e9 pouvant fonder ses affirmations<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Les ministres de la communication et de l&rsquo;administration territoriale sont mont\u00e9s au cr\u00e9neau pour d\u00e9mentir cette d\u00e9claration du candidat du MRC dont l&rsquo;objectif est de susciter\u00a0 les soul\u00e8vements populaires. Issa Tchiroma a surtout insist\u00e9 sur le fait que cette d\u00e9claration de Maurice Kamto \u00e9tait une grave violation de la loi \u00e9lectorale. A cet effet, il devrait subir toute la rigueur de la loi.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019observatoire du d\u00e9veloppement soci\u00e9tal a par ailleurs exhort\u00e9 le tribunal militaire \u00e0 faire appliquer la
