L\u2019histoire se d\u00e9roule en Chine. Kang Hu\u00a0 est un homme de 33 ans qui avait l\u2019ambition de se marier. Il a donc laiss\u00e9 le soin \u00e0 ses parents de lui trouver une femme avec laquelle il allait se marier.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s des recherches minutieuses, les parents sont tomb\u00e9s sur une demoiselle qu\u2019ils ont estim\u00e9 la mieux indiqu\u00e9e pour leur enfant. Les parents n\u2019ont pas tenu compte de l\u2019aspect physique de la fille. Le plus important, c\u2019\u00e9tait sa conduite et sa valeur intrins\u00e8que en tant que femme.<\/p>\n

Le mariage arrang\u00e9 devait se d\u00e9rouler \u00a0\u00e0 Shiyam, \u00e0 l\u2019Est de la Chine. Alors que le futur mari\u00e9 attendait sa femme avec grande joie, sa surprise fut d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able \u00a0en constatant que sa future femme \u00e9tait fonci\u00e8rement laide au plan physique.<\/p>\n

Kang Hu a imm\u00e9diatement fait savoir \u00e0 ses parents qu\u2019il ne voulait pas se marier avec cette fille, car elle est \u00ab\u00a0trop laide\u00a0\u00bb. Les propres parents de Kang Hu ainsi que ceux de la fille \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s furieux ont exig\u00e9 que Kang Hu \u00e9pouse la fille. N\u2019en pouvant plus avec toutes ces pressions, Kang Hu d\u00e9cide de mettre fin \u00e0 sa vie.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019intervention de certains de ses amis invit\u00e9s \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas parvenu \u00e0 se suicider. On peut se poser la question de savoir si un\u00a0 homme doit-il refuser d\u2019\u00e9pouser une femme parce qu\u2019elle est laide\u00a0physiquement ?<\/p>\n
