Le ministre de la Science, de la Technologie, de l’Environnement et de l’Innovation du Ghana, Prof. Kwabena Frimpong Boateng, a r\u00e9cemment mis en garde les consommateurs de vin de palme des risques potentiels pour la sant\u00e9 parce que la plupart des personnes qui produisent ce vin utilisent des pesticides pour traiter la boisson.<\/p>\n

Il a expliqu\u00e9 que l’effet pourrait \u00eatre terrible si la menace n’\u00e9tait pas imm\u00e9diatement v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e et pourrait conduire \u00e0 toutes sortes de cancers dans un proche avenir.<\/p>\n

Le Prof. Frimpong Boateng a fait cette d\u00e9claration lors du 3\u00e8me Sommet national des Politiques \u00e0 Kumasi, mardi dernier.<\/p>\n

Il soutient que l’utilisation de pesticides lors de la production du vin de palme ne peut pas \u00eatre d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e, mais pourrait \u00eatre un acte d’ignorance qui exige une sensibilisation imm\u00e9diate sur ses ramifications.<\/p>\n

Le ministre qui est un chirurgien cardiaque, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l’utilisation de pesticides dans la conservation des aliments, \u00e9tait monnaie courante et appelle \u00e0 une prise de conscience nationale.<\/p>\n
