Omworo a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir utilis\u00e9 les pr\u00e9servatifs Zoom pendant environ 10 mois avant de se rendre compte qu&rsquo;ils \u00e9taient inf\u00e9rieurs aux normes.<\/p>\n<p>Le plaignant affirme qu&rsquo;il a achet\u00e9 les pr\u00e9servatifs Zoom dans plusieurs boutiques et pharmacies dans diff\u00e9rentes villes du pays. Cependant, il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir contract\u00e9 des infections sexuellement transmissibles malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;utilisation des pr\u00e9servatifs. Certaines femmes avec lesquelles il a eues des rapports sexuels sont tomb\u00e9es enceintes, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9 au tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>Par le biais des avocats de Charles Gomba &amp; Company, il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir appris que les pr\u00e9servatifs Zoom ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interdits sur le march\u00e9 en Ouganda parce qu&rsquo;ils ne r\u00e9pondaient pas aux normes qualitatives exig\u00e9es et qu&rsquo;ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9s inutilisables.<\/p>\n<p>Il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 aux juges qu&rsquo;il avait remis une demande d\u2019explication au bureau des normes mais n\u2019a jamais obtenu de r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 ses questions, car l&rsquo;agence a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9vasive sur le sujet.<\/p>\n<p>Il accuse Beta HealthCare de violation de ses droits de consommateur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;apporte cette p\u00e9tition en tant qu&rsquo;individu et au nom des citoyens du Kenya car les questions soulev\u00e9es ici affectent leur sant\u00e9 et leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 M.
