Lorsque le drame a eu lieu, Afrikmag a vite \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9 par un de ses fid\u00e8les lecteurs qui se trouvait sur place.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Le vent, tr\u00e8s fort, \u00e0 l\u2019origine des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Les avertissements de la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, annon\u00e7ant un orage sur tout le pays ont, encore une fois, \u00e9t\u00e9 vains. En effet, le vent tr\u00e8s fort est \u00e0 l\u2019origine des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts sur le tarmac de l\u2019A\u00e9roport de Diass. Des conteneurs vide sont all\u00e9s heurter tr\u00e8s fort trois avions clou\u00e9s sur le tarmac. Ont \u00e9t\u00e9 endommag\u00e9s, un des deux avions de S\u00e9n\u00e9gal Airlines ATR, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 acquis par le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal r\u00e9cemment. Des avions de DHL et de Transair ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9truits, et de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s s\u00e9rieuse.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un incident, des mesures pr\u00e9ventives auraient pu \u00eatre prises. En effet, il aurait pu \u00eatre bloqu\u00e9, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des battis, tous les objets dangereux pour pr\u00e9server ces appareils si couteux.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Un audit commandit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ce f\u00e2cheux incident, le Dg d\u2019Air S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, Philippe Bohn, s\u2019est prononc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Quand il y a un incident de cette ampleur, on fait une expertise pur faire l\u2019analyse des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts. Il y a des sp\u00e9cialistes qui viendront voir quels sont les probl\u00e8mes, les impacts\u2026 C\u2019est la proc\u00e9dure actuelle qui existe dans le monde entier, quand il y a un incident de cette nature. On ne peut faire voler un avion tant qu\u2019on n\u2019aura pas l\u2019\u00e9tendue des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts, des impacts\u2026 \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la question de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des passagers, Philippe Bohn rassure.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abJamais on ne mettra un passager dans cet avion (Atr 72) tant qu\u2019on n\u2019aura pas fait l\u2019\u00e9valuation pr\u00e9cise de la situation. Dans cette situation, il y a toujours un expert du constructeur qui vient pour \u00e9valuer exactement les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts. Comme cela se fait avec toutes les compagnies a\u00e9riennes du moindre. On \u2018est oblig\u00e9 de faire appel \u00e0 l\u2019expertise la plus pointue pour avoir un \u00e9tat des lieux pr\u00e9cis \u00bb, lit-on dans les colonnes de l\u2019Observateur.<\/p>\n<p>Pour sa part, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Transair a d\u00e9barqu\u00e9 sur place avec un huissier et un assureur pour faire le constat des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts de la b\u00e2che de son hangar.<\/p>\n<p><img  title=\"\"
