Allegra Del Pilar Baiochi, la coordonnatrice r\u00e9sidente du syst\u00e8me des Nations unies au Cameroun, a r\u00e9cemment annonc\u00e9 que tr\u00e8s prochainement, le pays du pr\u00e9sident Paul Biya conna\u00eetra\u00a0l’intervention de l\u2019ONU dans le cadre de la crise Anglophone.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir salu\u00e9 l’initiative du gouvernement concernant le plan d’assistance humanitaire d’urgence en faveur des victimes de la crise anglophone initi\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique Paul Biya, l’ONU\u00a0veut appliquer le principe du \u00abdroit devant\u00bb.\u00a0\u00ab Ce Plan confirme la reconnaissance de la situation humanitaire par le gouvernement et sa responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019assumer le bien-\u00eatre et la protection des populations civiles<\/em> \u00bb, \u00e9crit Allegra Del Pilar Baiochi.<\/p>\n

Toutefois la coordonnatrice r\u00e9sidente du syst\u00e8me des Nations unies au Cameroun compte prendre position de fa\u00e7on ferme au sujet de la crise anglophone qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en octobre 2016. \u00ab Le syst\u00e8me des Nations unies reste tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9occup\u00e9 par la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de la situation dans les r\u00e9gions et travaille \u00e0 renforcer ses capacit\u00e9s et sa pr\u00e9sence pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins d\u2019assistance et de protection des populations d\u00e9plac\u00e9es, dans le respect des principes humanitaires et en coordination avec l\u2019effort national. Un appel de fonds a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard<\/em> \u00bb, \u00e9crit-elle.<\/p>\n

Allegra Del Pilar Baiochi a par ailleurs pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que sa d\u00e9marche s’inscrit en droite ligne avec les appels lanc\u00e9s par le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019ONU. Ces appels ont pour but de renforcer les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par les parties prenantes dans ce conflit pour assurer la protection civile des innocents<\/p>\n
