{"id":120014,"date":"2018-06-27T15:29:07","date_gmt":"2018-06-27T15:29:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=120014"},"modified":"2018-06-27T15:29:07","modified_gmt":"2018-06-27T15:29:07","slug":"cote-divoire-limitation-dage-de-vehicules-le-comite-de-suivie-interpelle-la-population","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/cote-divoire-limitation-dage-de-vehicules-le-comite-de-suivie-interpelle-la-population\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire\/Limitation d&rsquo;\u00e2ge de v\u00e9hicules : Le comit\u00e9 de suivie interpelle la population"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>A partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> juillet 2018, on importera plus un v\u00e9hicule dont l\u2019\u00e2ge exc\u00e8de 5 ans en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/h4>\n<p>En effet, le 06 d\u00e9cembre 2017, le gouvernement a adopt\u00e9 en conseil des ministres, un d\u00e9cret portant limitation de l\u2019\u00e2ge des v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion import\u00e9s, en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, en fonction du type d\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e0 laquelle ces v\u00e9hicules seront affect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Portant appui sur ledit d\u00e9cret, il est d\u00e9sormais interdit de faire circuler sur le territoire ivoirien, les v\u00e9hicules commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9s \u2018\u2019France au revoir\u2019\u2019 \u00e2g\u00e9s de plus de cinq ans pour un usage personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Cette loi entre en vigueur \u00e0 partir du dimanche 01 juillet 2018. Les acteurs du transport m\u00e9contents ne cessent de grogner contre cette d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Le Comit\u00e9 paritaire de suivi et \u00e9valuation du d\u00e9cret\u00a0les appelle au calme et surtout \u00e0 prendre en consid\u00e9ration cette date de mise en vigueur marquant la fin de l\u2019embarquement des v\u00e9hicules ne respectant pas les nouvelles dispositions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le Comit\u00e9 lance un appel au calme et \u00e0 la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9, afin de travailler \u00e0 une application heureuse \u00bb du d\u00e9cret portant limitation de l\u2019\u00e2ge des v\u00e9hicules d\u2019occasion import\u00e9s, pris en d\u00e9cembre 2017.
