Pour s\u2019y rendre, il faut se rendre dans les bois en empruntant une route en terre rouge. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un village recul\u00e9, d\u2019une superficie de 150.000 m2. L\u2019annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite sur le site realestate.com.au et fait savoir que le village dispose d\u2019eau et d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Mieux, il dispose d\u2019un terrain de tennis et un h\u00e9liport. Alors que celle-ci a ferm\u00e9 en 2008, Natali Williams et son mari l\u2019on achet\u00e9 afin de le transformer en parc \u00e0 caravanes. Cependant, \u00e0 la mort de l\u2019\u00e9poux, la veuve a mis en vente le village, \u00e0 hauteur de 1,34 millions d\u2019euros (environ 878 millions F CFA).
