Pour ce faire, le gouvernement a convi\u00e9 le Conseil des organisations non gouvernementales d\u2019appui au d\u00e9veloppement (CONGAD) \u00e0 participer aux discussions.<\/h6>\n<p>De cette r\u00e9union est ressorti, au bout de plusieurs tours d\u2019horloges, que les gisements p\u00e9troliers et gaziers de Sne et Grand Tortue pourraient g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des recettes sur les 30 prochaines ann\u00e9es \u00e0 hauteur de 80.000 milliards F CFA. Ce sont les Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, des p\u00e9troles du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal (Petrosen) qui en font l\u2019annonce, par la voix du directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Mamadou Faye.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPour les deux projets, Sne et Tortue, les revenus sur la trentaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es vont rapporter 84 000 milliards de francs Cfa et les d\u00e9penses seront de l\u2019ordre de 33 600 milliards de francs Cfa\u00bb, a-t-il fait savoir.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Mamadou Faye, l\u2019Etat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal va tirer profit entre 52 et 66% de ces deux projets. Ce qui correspond, pour les 30 prochaines ann\u00e9es, \u00e0 \u00ab \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 16 800 milliards de francs Cfa\u00bb de l\u2019Etat sans Petrosen.<\/p>\n<p>Pour en arriver l\u00e0, un investissement global de 3.265 milliards de francs CFA sera n\u00e9cessaire pour la mise en \u0153uvre des 3 phases du Champ Sne.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, informe Mamadou Faye, Petrosen va participer \u00e0 hauteur de 18%, qui correspond \u00e0 588 milliards. Quant au d\u00e9veloppement de Grand tortue, il y a un besoin en investissement de 912 milliards de francs CFA, laisse entendre le directeur du Petrosen.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>La mal\u00e9diction du p\u00e9trole\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Par ailleurs, le Chef de l\u2019Etat se veut rassurant quant aux histoires de \u00ab\u00a0mal\u00e9diction du p\u00e9trole\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abJe voudrais vraiment qu\u2019on \u00e9vite le terme de \u2018\u2018mal\u00e9diction du p\u00e9trole\u2019\u2019. Il n\u2019y a pas de mal\u00e9diction du p\u00e9trole qui tienne. Il n\u2019y a mal\u00e9diction que pour ceux qui n\u2019ont pas pu faire bon usage des ressources que la nature leur a donn\u00e9es\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9pit de cela, il reconna\u00eet que le p\u00e9trole peut \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019une r\u00e9bellion, mais Macky Sall reste optimiste.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abDes pays voudront semer la confusion entre les nations, parfois m\u00eame financer une r\u00e9bellion. On le sait. Financer des gens pour qu\u2019ils pr\u00e9tendent au pouvoir supr\u00eame pour qu\u2019apr\u00e8s ils travaillent pour eux. Ce sont des risques, nous en sommes conscients, mais il faut aussi faire confiance au peuple s\u00e9n\u00e9galais.
