Arriv\u00e9 au pouvoir le 22 janvier dernier, le bilan de l\u2019ancien footballeur est assez mitig\u00e9. Entre annonces symboliques et incertitudes, Weah a d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 plusieurs difficult\u00e9s. A son arriv\u00e9e au pouvoir, il a trouv\u00e9 des caisses de l\u2019Etat quasiment vides avec seulement \u00ab\u00a053 dollars\u00a0\u00bb selon ses propres termes.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Beaucoup de changements dans l\u2019administration<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Pour mener \u00e0 bien la mission pour laquelle il a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019Etat, il aura fallu plusieurs semaines \u00e0 Geoge Weah pour mettre en place son cabinet.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, il a revu \u00e0 la baisse son salaire de 25%, ainsi que celui de ses ministres. Une fa\u00e7on pour lui, de r\u00e9duire les charges de l\u2019\u00e9tat. En d\u00e9pit de cela, le Chef de l\u2019Etat devra mettre \u00e0 ex\u00e9cution plusieurs promesses tenues lors des campagnes \u00e9lectorales. Entre autres, il devra mettre un terme \u00e0 l\u2019octroi de la nationalit\u00e9 lib\u00e9rienne aux seuls \u00ab\u00a0gens de couleur\u00a0\u00bb mais aussi de permettre aux Lib\u00e9riens d\u2019avoir une double nationalit\u00e9, en changeant une r\u00e9forme de la constitution.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Plusieurs voyages pour attirer les investisseurs<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Durant ces 100 premiers jours, Weah a multipli\u00e9 les voyages pour trouver des partenaires. Entre Dakar, Paris, Abuja, Abidjan et Accra, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 ses valises dans plusieurs villes au cours de missions de s\u00e9ductions en vue de convaincre sur son attractivit\u00e9 et sa stabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les projets phares de son programme, Weah devra construire un r\u00e9seau routier, am\u00e9liorer la couverture \u00e9lectrique qui est seulement de 19%, mais aussi lancer la lutter contre la corruption.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce jeudi 7 juin 2018 marque les 100 jours de George Weah \u00e0 la t\u00eate du Liberia.
