La cour d’assise de Lyon vient de rendre son verdict sur l’affaire du fils de l’ancien international Camerounais Marc Vivien Fo\u00e9. Des sources concordantes indiquent que le fils du d\u00e9funt lion indomptable a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 cinq ans de prison ferme pour vol \u00e0 main arm\u00e9e et s\u00e9questration au cours de l’agression du p\u00e8re\u00a0Luc Biquez.<\/h6>\n

Les faits remontent \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e du 28 novembre 2015. Marc-Scott Fo\u00e9, 22 ans et son complice Sofiane Bardot 20 ans d\u00e9cident de se rendre au domicile d’un pr\u00eatre \u00e0 Genay\u00a0 (Rh\u00f4ne). Ils vont attaquer le pr\u00eatre \u00e0 l’aide d’une arme qu’il avait achet\u00e9e deux jours auparavant, le frappant et le menottant.<\/p>\n

Ils vont par la suite fouiller les tiroirs des bureaux du presbyt\u00e8re dans le but de retrouver le coffre-fort. Mais ils n’y parviendront pas. Marc-Scott et son complice vont alors s’\u00e9chapper par la suite. Malheureusement ils oublieront l’arme sur une table dans une salle du presbyt\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Pris de peur, le fils de Fo\u00e9 reviendra sur ses pas quelques minutes apr\u00e8s pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer ladite arme. C’est \u00e0 ce moment qu’il sera intercept\u00e9 par les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la gendarmerie qui \u00e9taient en pleine patrouille sur ces lieux.<\/p>\n

Fo\u00e9 et son complice ont reconnu avoir attaqu\u00e9 le pr\u00eatre avec une arme. Le pardon accord\u00e9 aux deux accus\u00e9s par le p\u00e8re Luc Biquez explique probablement la cl\u00e9mence du verdict.<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, Marc-Vivien Fo\u00e9 est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 tragiquement sur le terrain, \u00e0 la suite d’un malaise cardiaque en 2003 durant un match de Coupe des conf\u00e9d\u00e9rations entre le Cameroun et la Colombie.<\/p>\n
