Nous demandons en outre \u00e0 la D\u00e9fense de Laurent Gbagbo et \u00e0 celle de Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 de d\u00e9poser au plus tard le 20 juillet 2018, des m\u00e9moires sur les questions pour lesquelles, \u00e0 leur avis, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de preuve pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par le procureur ne sont pas suffisants pour soutenir une condamnation\u00a0\u00bb, stipule une note d\u2019information.<\/p>\n<h5>L&rsquo;ex-pr\u00e9sident ivoirien est incarc\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la prison de Scheveningen, aux Pays-Bas, cela fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 huit ans.<\/h5>\n<p>Son proc\u00e8s a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en janvier 2016, mais au regard du rythme auquel il \u00e9volue, il pourrait encore durer plusieurs ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Ag\u00e9 de 73 ans, Laurent Gbagbo est d\u00e9tenu \u00e0 la Haye.
