C’est son avocat qui l’a annonc\u00e9 \u00e0 la presse, il y a moins de 24 heures.<\/p>\n

\"Financement<\/p>\n

C’est au cours des investigations men\u00e9es par la police anti-corruption \u00e0 partir d’un rapport publi\u00e9 en Septembre 2017\u00a0 sur ce dossier que l’actuel pr\u00e9sident (LR) de la commission des finances de l’Assembl\u00e9e nationale\u00a0 a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en examen. C’est aussi en raison de l’ampleur de la circulation des esp\u00e8ces dans le cercle du parti de la droite que le tr\u00e9sorier de l’UMP de cette \u00e9poque vient d’\u00eatre mis en examen dans le cadre de ce dossier.<\/p>\n

L’objectif des enqu\u00eateurs est d’\u00e9tablir la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 suite aux accusations formul\u00e9es par\u00a0Ziad Takieddine\u00a0et des anciens dignitaires libyens sur un financement de la campagne pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2007 par des fonds en provenance de Libye.<\/p>\n

L’interm\u00e9diaire franco-libyen\u00a0Ziad Takieddine\u00a0 avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 en novembre 2016 avoir remis\u00a05 millions d’euros aux proches de Nicolas Sarkozy, quelques mois avant qu’il ne soit \u00e9lu \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la R\u00e9publique comme pr\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n
