{"id":117271,"date":"2018-05-25T09:40:17","date_gmt":"2018-05-25T09:40:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=117271"},"modified":"2018-05-25T09:40:17","modified_gmt":"2018-05-25T09:40:17","slug":"nigeria-les-femmes-violees-en-echange-de-nourriture-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/nigeria-les-femmes-violees-en-echange-de-nourriture-video\/","title":{"rendered":"Nigeria\u00a0: Les femmes viol\u00e9es en \u00e9change de nourriture (vid\u00e9o)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6>Amnesty International a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 jeudi dernier le viol des femmes par des soldats et des milices en \u00e9change de nourriture.<\/h6>\n<p>Dans un document publi\u00e9 jeudi, Amnesty International accuse l\u2019arm\u00e9e nig\u00e9riane et la milice engag\u00e9e \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s contre Boko Haram d\u2019avoir \u00ab\u00a0s\u00e9par\u00e9 les femmes de leur \u00e9poux\u00a0\u00bb et de les avoir \u00ab\u00a0enferm\u00e9es dans des camps isol\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ONG a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir recueilli de multiples t\u00e9moignages au sujet d&rsquo;all\u00e9gations d&rsquo;abus de la part des forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, affirmant notamment que des soldats avaient forc\u00e9 des survivants vuln\u00e9rables \u00e0 avoir des rapports sexuels en \u00e9change de nourriture.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Amnesty International, les\u00a0t\u00e9moignages d&rsquo;une vingtaine de femmes d\u00e9montrent l\u2019existence d\u2019un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;exploitation sexuelle\u00a0\u00a0parfaitement organis\u00e9. L\u2019ONG rappelle que des milliers de personnes sont mortes de faim dans ces camps, o\u00f9 s\u00e9vissaient d\u2019importantes p\u00e9nuries de nourriture\u00a0entre d\u00e9but 2015 et juin\u00a02016.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"fr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">These brave women\u2014who survived Boko Haram, but were detained in camps where rape and starvation were rife\u2014took on the Nigerian government to demand justice. Le sexe dans ces circonstances hautement coercitives est toujours un viol, m\u00eame quand la force physique n&rsquo;est pas utilis\u00e9e, et les soldats nig\u00e9rians et les membres de la milice s&rsquo;en tirent\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clare Osai Ojigho, directrice d&rsquo;Amnesty International Nigeria<\/p>\n<p>Elle a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait temps pour le pr\u00e9sident Muhammadu Buhari de \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9montrer son engagement fr\u00e9quemment exprim\u00e9 \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les droits des personnes d\u00e9plac\u00e9es dans le nord-est du Nigeria.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La seule fa\u00e7on de mettre fin \u00e0 ces violations horribles est de mettre fin au climat d&rsquo;impunit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion et de veiller \u00e0 ce que personne ne puisse s&rsquo;en tirer avec un viol ou un meurtre\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-elle ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les plaintes de longue date sur la violence sexuelle et les promesses r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es des autorit\u00e9s nig\u00e9rianes selon lesquelles elles r\u00e9pondraient aux pr\u00e9occupations, \u00ab\u00a0aucune action concr\u00e8te\u00a0\u00bb n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En novembre 2016, la police a promis d&rsquo;enqu\u00eater sur les all\u00e9gations d&rsquo;abus et d&rsquo;exploitations sexuels dans les camps, mais plusieurs mois plus tard, les militaires ont r\u00e9fut\u00e9 ces all\u00e9gations.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les derniers chiffres publi\u00e9s en avril, pr\u00e8s de 1,8 million de personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9plac\u00e9es suite \u00e0 l&rsquo;insurrection de Boko Haram qui a fait au moins 20\u00a0000 morts depuis 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Cr\u00e9dit photo\u00a0: americanewstoday<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amnesty International a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 jeudi dernier le viol des femmes par des soldats et des milices en \u00e9change de nourriture.
