Selon le SCAN SPORT, toute personne ayant l\u2019habitude de consommer la drogue et d\u2019autres stup\u00e9fiants aura la possibilit\u00e9 de pratiquer l\u2019activit\u00e9 au mondial 2018.<\/p>\n

En effet, le comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation a publi\u00e9 mardi une d\u00e9claration confirmant l\u2019autorisation des drogues dans le pays, en raison d’un flou juridique (Le Figaro).<\/p>\n

Selon la source, cette autorisation est n\u00e9e d’une loi de 2014 en vigueur dans le pays de Vladimir Poutine et d\u00e9voil\u00e9e par le quotidien\u00a0Izvestia<\/em>\u00a0en f\u00e9vrier dernier.<\/p>\n

Elle autorise les touristes visitant l’un des pays de l’UEEA (Union \u00e9conomique eurasiatique dont la Russie fait partie) \u00e0 transporter \u00ab des narcotiques, drogues hallucinog\u00e8nes et d’autres substances dures \u00bb dans une quantit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Cette activit\u00e9 sera uniquement praticable sur pr\u00e9sentation de certificat m\u00e9dical.<\/h5>\n

Le responsable des Narcotiques du Minist\u00e8re de la sant\u00e9 russe Yevgeny Brun, est m\u00e9content.\u00ab Tout ceci est mal, je suis choqu\u00e9 \u00bb, a-t-il dit en r\u00e9action sur le Fiagro<\/p>\n

Toutefois, des fouilles tr\u00e8s strictes seront effectu\u00e9es pour s’assurer qu’aucune drogue illicite ne circule \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur des enceintes sportives \u00e0 l’exception de celles prescrites par un m\u00e9decin.<\/p>\n
