{"id":11363,"date":"2015-02-22T14:25:23","date_gmt":"2015-02-22T13:25:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/afrikmag.com\/?p=11363"},"modified":"2016-02-24T17:44:02","modified_gmt":"2016-02-24T16:44:02","slug":"le-togo-menace-par-un-gros-phenomene-de-prostitution","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/le-togo-menace-par-un-gros-phenomene-de-prostitution\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Togo menac\u00e9 par un gros ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de prostitution"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne des filles togolaises m\u00e9nag\u00e8res ou domestiques au Gabon<a class=\"infobulle\" href=\"http:\/\/www.koaci.com\/search-%20Gabon%20.html\"><span class=\"KText_\">\u00a0<\/span><\/a>commence \u00e0 attirer l\u2019attention de certains humanitaires.<\/p>\n<p>En effet les conditions d\u2019arriv\u00e9e, de s\u00e9jour et de travail des jeunes filles togolaises m\u00e9nag\u00e8res qui arrivent au Gabon<a class=\"infobulle\" href=\"http:\/\/www.koaci.com\/search-%20Gabon%20.html\"><span class=\"KText_\">\u00a0<\/span><\/a>et principalement \u00e0 Libreville\u00a0laissent \u00e0 d\u00e9sirer et m\u00e9ritent par cons\u00e9quent un suivi par les autorit\u00e9s togolaises et gabonaises.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les sources\u00a0\u00a0\u00e0 Libreville\u00a0et v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 \u00e0 Lom\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;une jeune fille rapatri\u00e9e de Libreville\u00a0mais aussi aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un contact au B\u00e9nin, les filles togolaises d\u00e9barquent nuitamment dans la capitale par des voies inappropri\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s les informations re\u00e7ues de Libreville<a class=\"infobulle\" href=\"http:\/\/www.koaci.com\/search-%20Libreville%20.html\"><span class=\"KText_\">\u00a0<\/span><\/a>et des regroupements effectu\u00e9s \u00e0 Lom\u00e9, il s\u2019av\u00e8re que les jeunes filles togolaises, sans papiers, \u00ab aid\u00e9es par certaines complicit\u00e9s tant au Togo qu\u2019au\u00a0Gabon\u00a0d\u00e9barquent \u00e0 Libreville\u00a0par pirogues \u00bb mieux par de petits bateaux de p\u00eache. Arriv\u00e9es au Gabon, elles sont confi\u00e9es \u00e0 des particuliers qui ont pr\u00e9alablement sollicit\u00e9 leurs services comme des domestiques pour un contrat d\u2019un ou de deux ans. Cette version est confirm\u00e9e par Essi, une jeune togolaise jointe \u00e0 Libreville\u00a0qui dit servir comme une \u00ab bonne \u00bb dans un foyer.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du contrat \u00e0 en croire notre source sert \u00e0 rembourser les interm\u00e9diaires qui convoient les filles domestiques du Togo vers le Gabon. Une fois le prix du contrat empoch\u00e9, les filles domestiques se retrouvent livr\u00e9es \u00e0 leur propre sort souvent peu enviable. Et quand arrive le terme de leur contrat, elles sont \u00ab lib\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00bb et se constituent par groupe pour louer un lieu o\u00f9 habiter.<\/p>\n<p>N\u2019ayant pas de titre de s\u00e9jour, notre source a fait savoir que d\u2019apr\u00e8s ses constats, \u00ab les filles m\u00e8nent une vie discr\u00e8te et ne profitent que des nuits pour sortir avec certains hommes, une situation qui ne leur garantit pas un meilleur avenir \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En remontant \u00e0 l\u2019origine du r\u00e9seau qui convoie des filles togolaises vers le Gabon, il est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que des interm\u00e9diaires font appel ou recrutent des filles au Togo et ensuite les convoient par voie routi\u00e8re \u00e0 Calabar au Nigeria. L\u00e0, les filles sont embarqu\u00e9es sur des pirogues motoris\u00e9es vers le Gabon. Durant le trajet, elles servent comme des ouvri\u00e8res pour d\u00e9jouer l\u2019attention des garde-c\u00f4tes ou des patrouilleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Loin de vouloir saboter qui que ce soit, les faits (le d\u00e9barquement nocturne de filles par pirogues en cette \u00e9poque o\u00f9 nous sommes, leurs conditions de vie et de s\u00e9jour) tels que d\u00e9crits doivent retenir l\u2019attention des autorit\u00e9s des deux pays afin qu\u2019elles puissent r\u00e9gulariser les conditions des togolaises domestiques qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 au Gabon<a class=\"infobulle\" href=\"http:\/\/www.koaci.com\/search-%20Gabon%20.html\"><span class=\"KText_\">\u00a0<\/span><\/a>et trouver des moyens l\u00e9gaux pour celles qui voudront y aller dans le futur.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne des filles togolaises m\u00e9nag\u00e8res ou domestiques au Gabon\u00a0commence \u00e0 attirer l\u2019attention de certains humanitaires.
