La Chambre de conciliation et d\u2019arbitrage qui est un organe du comit\u00e9 national Olympique et sportif du Cameroun \u00a0avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que \u00ab <em>les nouveaux textes et statuts de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration Camerounaise de Football \u00e9taient nuls et de nul effet, parce que les personnes qui composaient cette assembl\u00e9e n\u2019avaient pas les comp\u00e9tences d\u2019amender lesdits textes<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Mais le comit\u00e9 de normalisation qui\u00a0 a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 par la FIFA \u00e0 titre provisoire aurait pris une posture qui va au-del\u00e0 de ses comp\u00e9tences. Compos\u00e9 \u00a0de plusieurs membres parmi lesquels les professeurs agr\u00e9g\u00e9s de droit \u00e0 savoir\u00a0: Joseph Owona et Mouangue Kobila, ces derniers se sont appropri\u00e9s des pouvoirs qui ne rel\u00e8vent pas de leur comp\u00e9tence.<\/p>\n<p>La Chambre de conciliation et d\u2019arbitrage le leur avait pourtant signifi\u00e9, mais peut \u00eatre aveugl\u00e9s par la casquette de Professeur agr\u00e9g\u00e9 et enchain\u00e9s par les mafieux trafics financiers \u00a0de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Camerounaise de Football, ils avaient faits la sourde Oreille.<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rattrap\u00e9s dans leur exc\u00e8s de z\u00e8le et de pouvoir, par le tribunal arbitral du sport qui vient de confirmer ce que la chambre de conciliation et d\u2019arbitrage leur avait pourtant dit.<\/p>\n<p>Ces soit disant \u00e9minents professeurs de Droit viennent encore d\u2019\u00eatre rattrap\u00e9s par les textes de la FIFA qu\u2019ils sont cens\u00e9s mieux analyser et d\u00e9crypter. En effet, Les sentences de la Chambre de conciliation et d\u2019arbitrage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9es par le Tribunal Arbitral du Sport, qui est un organe de la FIFA.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, les membres du comit\u00e9 de normalisation avaient l\u2019intention non seulement de retenir la candidature de leur acolyte M.Tombi A Roko Sidiki, mais aussi de disqualifier les candidats comme Joseph Antoine Bell qui est l\u2019un des \u00a0plus en vue qui peut gagner cette \u00e9lection.<\/p>\n<p>Tout le travail qui avait donc \u00e9t\u00e9 abattu par le comit\u00e9 de normalisation vient d\u2019\u00eatre annul\u00e9.
