Des partis de l&rsquo;opposition dont le FPI ont appel\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00a0une \u201c<em><strong>marche d\u00e9mocratique<\/strong><\/em>\u201d le 22 mars, en vue des prochaines \u00e9lections en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/p>\n<p>Cette marche est une \u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>action d\u00e9mocratique\u201d selon elpour<\/strong> <\/em>\u201c pour exprimer le m\u00e9contentement\u201d sur la question de la Commission \u00e9lectorale ind\u00e9pendante (<span class=\"caps\">CEI<\/span>), accus\u00e9e par l\u2019opposition d\u2018\u00eatre d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e en faveur du pouvoir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em><strong>Nous demandons que la\u00a0<span class=\"caps\">CEI<\/span>\u00a0soit r\u00e9form\u00e9e \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de la d\u00e9cision prise par la cour africaine des droits de l\u2019homme et des peuples. La\u00a0<span class=\"caps\">CEI<\/span>\u00a0est d\u2019abord notre objectif, mais il n\u2019y a pas (que) la\u00a0<span class=\"caps\">CEI<\/span>. La\u00a0<span class=\"caps\">CEI<\/span>\u00a0seule ne fait pas l\u2019\u00e9lection, il faut aussi voir les conditions d\u2019organisation des \u00e9lections, la liste \u00e9lectorale, le d\u00e9coupage \u00e9lectoral, de probl\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong><\/em>.\u2019\u2018 S\u2019est exprim\u00e9 Abdoudramane Sangar\u00e9, leader du\u00a0<span class=\"caps\">FPI<\/span>, (Front populaire ivoirien).<\/p>\n<p>Des \u00e9lections s\u00e9natoriales doivent se tenir le 24 mars, suivies par les municipales et les r\u00e9gionales dans le courant de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 une date ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e. Mais le scrutin qui focalise l\u2019attention est surtout la pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Armand Ouegnin, pr\u00e9sident de la plateforme d\u2019opposition Ensemble pour la d\u00e9mocratie et la souverainet\u00e9 (<span class=\"caps\">EDS<\/span>), appelle \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture des n\u00e9gociations avec le pouvoir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em><strong>Nous appelons le pouvoir \u00e0 dialoguer, \u00e0 s\u2019asseoir avec nous pour dialoguer. Nous voulons que tout se passe dans le consensus. Nous ne voulons plus de guerres. Nous ne voulons plus des conflits posts \u00e9lectoraux<\/strong><\/em>.\u2019\u2019 A-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Entre mille et deux mille personnes ont assist\u00e9 au meeting organis\u00e9 dans le quartier populaire de Yopougon \u00e0 l\u2019appel d\u2019<span class=\"caps\">EDS<\/span>, coalition qui regroupe des partis politiques, des associations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et le Front populaire ivoirien, le parti de l\u2019ex-pr\u00e9sident Laurent Gbagbo.<\/p>\n<p>Le\u00a0<span class=\"caps\">FPI<\/span>\u00a0reste divis\u00e9 en deux courants, l\u2019un l\u00e9gitimiste, fid\u00e8le \u00e0 Laurent Gbagbo, actuellement jug\u00e9 par la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale \u00e0 La Haye, l\u2019autre r\u00e9formiste, dirig\u00e9 par Pascal Affi N\u2019Guessan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alors que les prochaines \u00e9lections en C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire se pr\u00e9parent, l\u2019opposition ivoirienne pr\u00e9pare une marche de revendication.
