C\u2019est ce jeudi que le Chef de l\u2019Etat, qui n\u2019affirme pour le moment aucune objection concernant le sujet, devait donner son avis. En effet, il a rencontr\u00e9 les acteurs de la concertation pour le processus \u00e9lectoral.<\/p>\n

Il y a quelques jours, ces derniers ont mis \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert les r\u00e9sultats de leurs concertations sur le processus \u00e9lectoral.<\/p>\n

Au cours de cette rencontre, le pr\u00e9sident de la r\u00e9publique devait peser le pour et le contre sur les points soumis \u00e0 arbitrage.<\/p>\n

Par cons\u00e9quent, il y avait comme sujet sur la table le parrainage, la caution mais aussi le bulletin unique et l\u2019organe charg\u00e9 des \u00e9lections.<\/p>\n

D\u2019apr\u00e8s le quotidien l’AS, si le pr\u00e9sident est favorable \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la caution pour la pr\u00e9sidentielle, il se sera rendu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence que l\u2019augmentation de la caution, qui s\u2019est produite il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, a \u00e9t\u00e9 vaine.<\/p>\n

Car cela n\u2019aura pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 emp\u00eacher la multiplication des candidatures.<\/p>\n

Lors de la pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2012, le nombre de candidats avait explos\u00e9. Au total, il y avait 14 aspirants au pouvoir. Pourtant, la caution \u00e9tait de 3 millions en 1993, 6 millions en 2000 et 25 millions en 2007.<\/p>\n
