Elle fournit \u00e9galement une vue d\u2019ensemble des\u00a0\u00e9conomies\u00a0des 54 pays africains\u00a0\u00bb, souligne l\u2019\u00e9conomiste en chef et vice-pr\u00e9sident charg\u00e9 de la Gouvernance \u00e9conomique et de la gestion du savoir, C\u00e9lestin Monga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une croissance dans un <\/b><b>sch\u00e9ma<\/b><b style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0contrast\u00e9<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La croissance \u00e9conomique en Afrique de l&rsquo;Ouest a acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 stagner \u00e0 0,5\u00a0% en 2016. Elle a ensuite rebondi en 2017, pour atteindre 2,5 %. Selon les projections, elle devrait s\u2019\u00e9lever \u00e0 3,8\u00a0% en 2018, puis \u00e0 3,9 % en 2019. Les performances \u00e9conomiques s\u2019av\u00e8rent toutefois contrast\u00e9es selon les pays. Le Nigeria repr\u00e9sente ainsi 70\u00a0% environ du PIB de l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest.<\/p>\n<p>Le redressement des cours internationaux du p\u00e9trole et la hausse de la production de p\u00e9trole au Nigeria et au Ghana pourra changer ce sch\u00e9ma contrast\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shimeles Abebe, directeur par int\u00e9rim charg\u00e9 de la Politique macro\u00e9conomique, des pr\u00e9visions et de la recherche \u00e0 la Banque indique que \u00ab\u00a0<em>Perspectives \u00e9conomiques en Afrique\u00a0est le fruit de recherches pouss\u00e9es, qui incluent la collecte de donn\u00e9es, l&rsquo;analyse et des projections.
