\u00ab Il n\u2019y a absolument pas de violation de la Constitution \u00bb<\/em>, a indiqu\u00e9 le ministre de la Communication \u00e0 l\u2019issue du Conseil des ministres de ce mercredi.<\/p>\nCette d\u00e9claration de Bruno Kon\u00e9 intervient suite \u00e0 celle de certains partis de l\u2019opposition et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile qui d\u00e9noncent la violation de la constitution concernant l\u2019ordonnance relative \u00e0 l\u2019organisation de l\u2019\u00e9lection des s\u00e9nateurs, prise par le chef de l\u2019Etat, le 14 f\u00e9vrier 2018.<\/p>\n
Selon ces formations politiques, la mise en place du S\u00e9nat devait faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une loi organique vot\u00e9e par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 90 de la Constitution de 2016. Mais de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le gouvernement r\u00e9fute cette opinion.<\/p>\n
\u00ab L\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale actuelle peut difficilement prendre une loi organique pour la mise en place du S\u00e9nat qui est l\u2019autre chambre du Parlement. Les textes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris sont des textes pour permettre l\u2019installation du S\u00e9nat, S\u00e9nat qui lui-m\u00eame prendra un texte le r\u00e9gissant, qui peut en ce moment-l\u00e0 faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une loi organique. C\u2019est le cas pour l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale. Le texte qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pris, c\u2019est uniquement pour organiser les \u00e9lections \u00bb<\/em>, a expliqu\u00e9 M. Kon\u00e9 soutenant que \u2018\u2019le gouvernement ne violera jamais la Constitution\u2019\u2019.
