Ceux-ci se sentaient l\u00e9s\u00e9s et se plaignaient de n&rsquo;avoir pas \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de ce document.<\/h3>\n<p>Le gouvernement ivoirien a par la suite retir\u00e9 l&rsquo;annexe pour une reconsid\u00e9ration de la question. C&rsquo;est ainsi que sous les instructions du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, le Gouvernement et les repr\u00e9sentants des op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques se sont r\u00e9unis les 19 et 24 janvier 2018. Ils avaient pour t\u00e2che de revisiter certaines dispositions de l\u2019annexe fiscale de la loi de finances portant budget de l\u2019Etat de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018. Ils devaient aussi lever les incompr\u00e9hensions s&rsquo;y rattachant.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019issue de ces \u00e9changes, des points de convergence portant sur la suppression et l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement des dispositions controvers\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retenus. Plusieurs points de convergence ont \u00e9merg\u00e9 des discussions, et ont donc conduit \u00e0 l&rsquo;abrogation de trois dispositions.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sont entre autres:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L\u2019institution de la taxe sur les transferts d\u2019argent<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u2019am\u00e9nagement sur l\u2019imp\u00f4t synth\u00e9tique et au rel\u00e8vement des seuils de l\u2019imp\u00f4t minimum forfaitaire<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>. La nouvelle Annexe Fiscale institue un Droit Unique de Sortie (DUS) ad valorem repr\u00e9sentant 10% du prix CAF de la noix brute de cajou export\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9es officiellement au cours du conseil des ministres qui s&rsquo;est tenu le 14 f\u00e9vrier 2018 \u00e0 Abidjan.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est une excellente nouvelle\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 un dirigeant d&rsquo;entreprise, joint au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone par Afrikmag.
