Plus de 300 participants prennent part \u00e0 cette rencontre, organis\u00e9e sous l&rsquo;\u00e9gide de la BAD.<\/h4>\n<p>Comme annonc\u00e9, Abidjan accueille depuis jeudi 8 f\u00e9vrier, le <a href=\"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/bad-debut-2e-forum-africain-resilience-a-abidjan\/\">deuxi\u00e8me forum africain sur la r\u00e9silience.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Plac\u00e9e sous l&rsquo;\u00e9gide de la Banque Africaine de D\u00e9veloppement (BAD), cette rencontre qui devait durer deux jours, servira de cadre aux Experts internationaux, aux minist\u00e8res et tous les participants \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur les moyens de renforcement de r\u00e9silience des populations, notamment les plus faibles.<\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;ouverture de ce forum, M. Andr\u00e9 Okou,Charg\u00e9 de R\u00e9clusion financi\u00e8re \u00e0 la BAD, s&rsquo;est confi\u00e9 au micro d&rsquo;Afrikmag <em>\u00a0\u00bb La r\u00e9silience pour un individu, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9, ou un \u00c9tat, est sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 subir un choc, et de pouvoir revenir \u00e0 sa position initiale.
