{"id":106868,"date":"2018-02-10T08:45:18","date_gmt":"2018-02-10T08:45:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=106868"},"modified":"2018-02-10T08:45:35","modified_gmt":"2018-02-10T08:45:35","slug":"senegal-journee-de-libre-circulation-entre-senegal-gambie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/senegal-journee-de-libre-circulation-entre-senegal-gambie\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u00e9n\u00e9gal: Journ\u00e9e de la libre circulation entre le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et la Gambie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le 1<sup>er<\/sup> mars prochain, le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et la Gambie vont tenir une journ\u00e9e de libre circulation.<\/p>\n<p>Cette journ\u00e9e, organis\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois, concerne les personnes et les biens.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, la commune de Karang, dans le d\u00e9partement de Foundougne (S\u00e9n\u00e9gal), va accueillir cette manifestation.<\/p>\n<h4>Rendre effective la libre-circulation au sein de la CEDEAO<\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019organisation de cette journ\u00e9e intervient dans le cadre de la libre-circulation au sein de la CEDEAO.<\/p>\n<p>Elle \u00ab\u00a0traduit un engagement politique des autorit\u00e9s s\u00e9n\u00e9galaises pour l\u2019effectivit\u00e9 de la libre-circulation des personnes et des biens dans la Cedeao, mais particuli\u00e8rement entre le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et la Gambie\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, cette journ\u00e9e va r\u00e9unir les acteurs des deux pays autour d\u2019une rencontre <em>\u00ab\u00a0sur les enjeux et d\u00e9fis actuels de la libre-circulation des personnes et des biens comme pr\u00e9vus par les instruments et m\u00e9canismes communautaires\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans ce sens, les acteurs de cette journ\u00e9e vont d\u00e9battre sur les \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9occupations et\/ou recommandations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la libre-circulation des personnes et des biens\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h4>Renforcer les relations entre les deux pays<\/h4>\n<p>Il sera alors au menu la contribution \u00ab\u00a0au renforcement du sentiment d\u2019appartenance des populations riveraines \u00e0 une m\u00eame communaut\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En pr\u00e9lude \u00e0 cette journ\u00e9e, le ministre de l\u2019int\u00e9gration africaine, du Nepad et de la Francophonie a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 un comit\u00e9 r\u00e9gional de d\u00e9veloppement.
