Pour pallier ce d\u00e9ficit et le manque \u00e0 gagner des producteurs, les acteurs du milieu r\u00e9agissent.<\/h6>\n<p>Un atelier de restitution de plan strat\u00e9gique de d\u00e9veloppement assorti d\u2019engagements institutionnels a \u00e9t\u00e9 au centre des d\u00e9bats les 1<sup>er<\/sup>, 2 et 3 f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 Bouak\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Ce fut une initiative de l\u2019inter coton.<\/h3>\n<p>Cet atelier rentre dans le cadre du projet d\u2019appui au secteur agricole en C\u00f4te D\u2019Ivoire\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0PSAC\u00a0\u00bb. Il est co-financ\u00e9 par le groupe de la Banque Mondiale et le contrat de d\u00e9sendettement et de d\u00e9veloppement (C2D). le PSAC a permis aux 41 participants apr\u00e8s des discussions en pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re et en commission d\u2019\u00e9tablir des recommandations et des axes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration pour tracer les sillons vers l\u2019\u00e9mergence de la fili\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Au terme des 3 jours de travaux, les acteurs de la fili\u00e8re ont mis en place un plan strat\u00e9gique, avec l\u2019aide des partenaires techniques au d\u00e9veloppement. Ce plan permettra de relancer durablement la fili\u00e8re coton avec les diff\u00e9rents axes strat\u00e9giques, notamment la recherche, la transformation et la commercialisation du coton.<\/p>\n<h3>Ce plan va permettre aux producteurs de coton d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leurs rendements, d\u2019accro\u00eetre leurs productivit\u00e9s ainsi que leurs revenus.<\/h3>\n<p>Selon Silu\u00e9 jean Baptiste, secr\u00e9taire ex\u00e9cutif de l\u2019Inter coton, point focal du projet d\u2019appui au secteur agricole \u00bb PSAC \u00a0\u00bb, la mise en place des axes de ce plan strat\u00e9gique de d\u00e9veloppement aura une cons\u00e9quence positive sur tous les acteurs de la cha\u00eene de la fili\u00e8re et en particulier, les producteurs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019application de ce plan permettra d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail et de vie de tous les acteurs. Si le revenu du producteur augmente, cela va l\u2019encourager \u00e0 regagner la route de son champ de coton et cela va jouer sur son niveau de vie sociale.
