Un an apr\u00e8s, le corps du chef de file de l&rsquo;opposition congolaise n&rsquo;a toujours pas \u00e9t\u00e9 rappatri\u00e9 \u00e0 Kinshasa, faute d&rsquo;accord entre son parti, l&rsquo;UDPS, et le gouvernement de Joseph Kabila.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, les partisans de Tshisekedi, d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 Bruxelles le 1er f\u00e9vrier 2017, exigent que son corps soit\u00a0 rapatri\u00e9 en RDC pour qu\u2019ils puissent lui offrir des fun\u00e9railles dignes. Mais les d\u00e9saccords sur le rapatriement de la d\u00e9pouille persistent.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la BBC, l\u2019origine de ces d\u00e9saccords serait une dispute concernant de l&rsquo;argent. Cependant, l&rsquo;opposition affirme que, m\u00eame mort, Tshisekedi constitue toujours une menace pour le pr\u00e9sident Joseph Kabila.<\/p>\n<p>Ange Pabolangi, une personnalit\u00e9 influente du parti d&rsquo;opposition UDPS, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;agence de presse AFP\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Contrairement \u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;on dit, l&rsquo;UDPS ne pose aucune condition politique au rapatriement, mais le gouvernement craint qu\u2019il y ait une manifestation une fois que le corps arrivera\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Un porte-parole des partisans a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 la BBC que le gouvernement avait bloqu\u00e9 la proc\u00e9dure du rapatriement en raison de la \u00ab\u00a0mauvaise foi\u00a0\u00bb du parti au pouvoir.<\/p>\n<p>Un grand nombre d&rsquo;entre eux ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une messe en l&rsquo;honneur de Tshisekedi jeudi, y compris son fils Felix, qui dirige le parti Rassemblement de l&rsquo;opposition (Rassop).<\/p>\n<p>Lors d&rsquo;une messe s\u00e9par\u00e9e, le Premier ministre Bruno Tshibala a promis de \u00ab\u00a0tout faire pour rapatrier le corps et lui faire un grand enterrement digne de son statut\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/live\/world-africa-42461443\">http:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/live\/world-africa-42461443<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 1er f\u00e9vrier 2017, Etienne Tshisekedi mourait dans un h\u00f4pital belge.
