Cette entreprise tarde \u00e0 d\u00e9coller depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es en raison du maigre capital dont elle dispose dans ses caisses.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle cette entreprise connait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des retards de paiement et m\u00eame des \u00e9normes arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de salaire. Le patron peut facilement accuser des arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de salaire allant de 5 \u00e0 7 mois.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ces probl\u00e8mes de salaire que connait l\u2019entreprise, certains employ\u00e9s continuent de travailler et supportent p\u00e9niblement ce calvaire.<\/p>\n<p>Mais pour Alpha Diallo, ce calvaire est devenu insupportable. Il ne peut plus supporter de travailler sans salaire. Il n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pay\u00e9 voici d\u00e9j\u00e0 7 mois. Il r\u00e9clame donc 100.000f cfa \u00e0 Aboubacar Sylla son patron pour qui, il a travaill\u00e9 pendant 7 mois.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 toutes ces r\u00e9clamations, le patron fait la sourde oreille. Alpha Diallo a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de passer \u00e0 la vitesse sup\u00e9rieure. A cet effet, il a enlev\u00e9 la petite Myriam Sylla, l\u2019enfant du patron pour obliger ce dernier \u00e0 le d\u00e9sint\u00e9resser.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques heures plus tard, Aboubacar Sylla a port\u00e9 plainte \u00e0 Alpha Diallo. L\u2019accus\u00e9 sera traduit devant les tribunaux de Toumodi pour enl\u00e8vement d\u2019enfant. Non seulement Alpha Diallo risque de perdre son salaire, mais sa libert\u00e9 aussi.
